Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in NJ, but I travel up and down the east coast often from PA, NY, CT, RI, and more! Our travel fee is $50 per hour of travel.
Base details for all sessions?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you're on time for your session. (especially for mini sessions since it is only a 20-30 minute time slot with others directly after.) If you are late, unfortunately it takes time away from your session.
I will send a message the day before with final details, where to park, payment reminder etc.
Spot is not secured until deposit is received.
Deposits are nonrefundable however can be rebooked at your convenience for another time/day or another style session!
Please note, of the images you receive, they will be of the best taken images.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all of your photos within a maximum of 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on the session you can receive anywhere from 20-70 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity, and I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
do you require a deposit?
Yes. I require 50% of deposit at time of booking and the remainder the day of session (2 weeks prior to event date for wedding/ large event.) For regular sessions such as newborn/ family/ mini sessions, the deposit is not refundable. I do my best to accommodate all my clients according to their schedule, especially if it's weather related!
Do you offer refunds?
All payments made to AERA Events — whether a deposit, partial payment, or full session/event payment — are non-refundable. This is because each booking reserves your date and time exclusively. However, I completely understand that life happens! In most cases, I’m happy to offer a reschedule (based on availability) or a credit that can be applied toward a future session or event. If during our session/event something arises (baby is crying the entire time and we didn't get any good shots) of my best judgement, I will decide if we should setup another time frame to get better pictures!
