Hi, I’m Pammela — the eyes (and heart) behind the lens for AERA Photography.
Photography has always been my way of freezing time — not just the big moments, but the quiet, ordinary ones too. The way a child’s hand curls around their parent’s, the laughter that happens between poses, the little glances that say this is us.
When I first started photographing families and couples, I didn’t realize how emotional it would be to become a small part of their story. But now, years later, I’ve watched my clients go from engagements to weddings to welcoming their babies — and every time they reach out for a new session, my heart swells.
There’s something so beautiful about being invited back again and again — to see how their kids have grown, how their homes have changed, how their love keeps expanding. I don’t take that lightly. Every returning session feels like catching up with old friends; we laugh, reminisce, and create new memories together.
Photography, to me, is more than a business. It’s connection. It’s trust. It’s getting to say, “I’ll be there — camera in hand — for every season of your story.”
